Program Disclosures

Straight answers about how the model is funded, what the numbers on this site mean, and where the limits of our promises are.

What this program is

Forever Funding is a merchant services partnership. A business moves its card processing to a partner platform, and a portion of the processing revenue generated by that account is directed to a nonprofit the business selects.

It is not a grant, a loan, a donation drive, an investment product, or a fundraising event. No one is asked to give money they were not already spending on payment processing.

How we are compensated

Forever Funding and its partners earn revenue from the payment processing relationship, the same way any merchant services provider does. A defined share of that revenue is routed to the nonprofit, and the remainder supports the partner platform, the sponsor bank, and our operations.

Nonprofits pay Forever Funding nothing. Businesses pay standard processing costs under their merchant agreement and nothing additional for participating.

Estimates and illustrations

Calculators, sample figures, charts, and case study numbers on this site are illustrative. They are based on typical partner accounts and are provided to help you understand the model, not to predict your outcome.

Actual funding varies with card volume, average ticket size, card mix, industry risk category, processor pricing, chargebacks, and how long each business remains active. Forever Funding does not guarantee any specific funding amount or savings amount.

Testimonials and case studies

Video testimonials and written stories on this site reflect the individual experience of the person or organization featured. Participants were not paid for their statements unless expressly noted. Their results are not a promise that you will experience the same results.

Rate comparisons

Statements such as same rates or better refer to a comparison against the pricing shown on the merchant statement a business provides during a free processing review. Comparisons depend on the accuracy and completeness of the statement supplied, and on the pricing available from the processor at the time of review.

Third party providers

Merchant accounts, card processing, settlement, and banking services are provided by third party processors and sponsor banks under their own agreements. Those providers make their own underwriting decisions and set their own service terms. Forever Funding does not control them.

Participation and termination

Businesses can leave the payment platform in accordance with their merchant agreement. If a business leaves, closes, or changes processors, contributions from that account stop and the remaining businesses in the funding pool continue unaffected.

Forever Funding may decline or end participation for any organization when required by law, card network rules, underwriting standards, or program integrity.

Forward looking statements
