Forever Funding connects nonprofits with businesses that route a portion of their card processing fees to the nonprofit through partner payment platforms. We provide education, introductions, program administration, and reporting.
Forever Funding is not a bank, is not a registered investment adviser, and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Merchant services are provided by the applicable payment processor and sponsor bank under a separate agreement between that provider and the business.
Funding amounts depend on transaction volume, card mix, business type, processor pricing, and how long each business stays in the program. Any figures shown on this site, including calculator outputs and case study numbers, are illustrative estimates and are not a promise of future results.
Approval into the program is at our discretion, and merchant account approval is at the discretion of the processor and sponsor bank.
Payment processing, banking, and certain technology services are delivered by third parties under their own agreements and policies. Forever Funding is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing decisions, or service levels of those third parties.
The Forever Funding name, logos, mascots, copy, graphics, and site design are owned by Forever Funding or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, revocable, non exclusive license to view and share this content for informational purposes only.
You keep ownership of the information and materials you send us. By submitting them, you grant Forever Funding permission to use them as needed to evaluate, administer, and support your participation in the program, and to comply with legal obligations.
The site and all program materials are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Funding and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or participation in the program.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the program will not exceed the amount we received from you in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify Forever Funding against claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third party right.
We may suspend or end your access to the site or the program at any time if you breach these terms or if continued participation would create legal, reputational, or compliance risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
